Welcome to SATBlueprint.org (the “Site”). These Terms of Service govern your use of our platform, including all content, courses, ebooks, and interactive materials. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to the following terms:

General Use

Eligibility: You must be 13 or older to use this Site.
License: Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access the content for your own learning.
Prohibited Actions: You may not copy, share, resell, or redistribute premium content without written permission.
Payments: Payments are processed by secure third-party providers. You agree to their terms and applicable fees.
Changes: We may update these terms; continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

Device Restriction Policy (One Device per Account)

Summary: To protect course integrity, each student account may be used on one device only. Register from the device you intend to use for study.

Single-Device Access: Your account is limited to a single device. Access from additional devices is not permitted.
Registration Requirement: You must complete registration on the device you will use throughout your studies. That device will be associated with your account.
Enforcement: We may use technical measures (e.g., session, IP, or device fingerprint checks) to enforce this policy.
Violation: Attempts to log in from multiple devices, device emulators, or shared credentials may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or account termination without refund.
Device Change Requests: If you need to switch devices (loss, upgrade, repair), you must request authorization first by emailing support@satblueprint.org. We may require verification.

Account & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Intellectual Property

All content is owned by SATBlueprint or its licensors and protected by applicable laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site and content are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind.

Your privacy matters to us. This section explains what we collect and how we use it.

I. What We Collect

Personal Information: Name, email, and billing details when you purchase or register.
Analytics & Security Data: IP address, browser/OS info, access timestamps, and device/session data for fraud prevention and to enforce the one-device policy.

II. How We Use It

To provide, secure, and improve our services and learning experience.
To process purchases, deliver content, and provide support.
To send service notices and updates (you can opt out of non-essential messages).
To detect misuse and enforce platform rules, including the device restriction policy.

III. Sharing

We share data with payment processors and service providers as needed to operate the Site.
We do not sell your personal information.

💳 Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are limited. You may be eligible if:

The request is made within 7 days of purchase; and
You have accessed less than 10% of the course or ebook; and
A technical issue prevents access and cannot be resolved after you cooperate with support.

Important: Accounts found in violation of the Device Restriction Policy are not eligible for refunds.

To request a refund, email satblueprint@satblueprint.org with your name, order ID, and reason.
